BIO
Liam Mason is a pianist, improviser and composer based in Leeds. Music took Liam's interest 8 years ago in his small home town of Kendal, where he discovered his great love for piano and then jazz. Now since graduating Leeds Conservatoire, Liam has played many shows in Leeds, Manchester and London. He plays in the band 'Mangorata' which formed during studies at the Conservatoire. With the release of their first critically acclaimed EP, 'Mangorata', They have had great success, playing shows up and down the country, and now We Out Here Festival. Liam is also frequent performer in other great bands such as Elf Mode, The Olivia Cuttill Quartet, The Miles Pillinger Quintet and Plantfood to name a few.
Liam is looking to put out some original music under his own trio and other projects soon.
